QUICK GUIDE TO INSTALLING AQUAVIVA 5.0
WHAT YOU NEED:
- A PC with an internet connection
- A USB flash drive, empty and formatted as FAT32
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- Go to https://www.dexibell.com/en/operative-system/ and click on your stage piano model.
- Download Aquaviva 5.0 (VIVOxx OS 5.0) and save it in a temporary folder on your PC.
- Extract the files and locate the three update files:
- updater.bin
- signature.bin
- core-image-dexibell-**.bin
- Insert the USB flash drive into your PC and copy these three files to the main directory of the USB.
- Safely eject the USB drive from your PC.
If your piano is on, turn it off.
- Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port of your piano and turn it on.
The update will start automatically. - Wait for the confirmation messages: “Checksum Verification OK”, “Software Update OK”, “Operation successful. Please restart.”
- Now restart your piano to perform a factory reset.
- Turn off the piano
- Remove the USB drive
- Insert it back into your PC
- Delete the update files from the USB
IMPORTANT: A factory reset will erase all stored sounds and custom settings. If you have personalized configurations, make sure to back them up to a USB drive before proceeding.
- Go to your piano’s menu and look for “Factory Reset”.
- Select the option, confirm, and wait for the reset to complete.
- Check the software version in the “Version Info” section of your piano’s menu.
